Bioregistry

Please follow the instructions below to request data from and submit data to the CICT bioregistry.

Requesting Data

To request data from the CICT Bioregistry, follow these steps: 

1. Submit a Gatekeeper form. Investigators must first submit a Gatekeeper form for review by the CICT Data Access Committee.
2. Review the Publications & Presentations charter. Please review the charter before submitting a Data Use Agreement.
3. Sign and submit the Data Use Agreement. Once the Gatekeeper form has been reviewed and approved, the CICT team will ask investigators to submit a signed Data Use Agreement. (Please do not submit this until requested by CICT.)
